At Belizzi, we strive to ensure that you love every piece from our western wear collection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The size does not fit as expected (size exchange only, subject to availability)
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The product must not be altered or worn (except for trial)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless damaged or defective)
  • Innerwear, accessories, or customized products
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@belizzi.com within the eligible return period
  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if applicable)
  3. Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions

Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size or product replacement, subject to stock availability
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store wallet after confirmation.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
  • For size-related or preference-based returns, return shipping charges may apply
  • Shipping charges will be communicated during return approval

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
